Event Management Services
Futures in Rehabilitation Management, Inc. (FIRM)
is an association management company with ten years experience managing
State and National associations that provide representation to
rehabilitation hospitals and community rehabilitation programs. FIRM
staff have over 30 years experience in association management, having
worked directly for the Illinois Association of Rehabilitation
Facilities (IARF) prior to the incorporation of FIRM in 1995.
FIRM offers full service event management for two non
profit trade associations, and is available to plan your next event. FIRM staff
conducts all site visits and site selections, AV negotiations, interpretive
services, food and beverage, and transportation services for conferences, while
working with Boards of Directors, designated committees, and the Executive
Directors of each association.
FIRM currently coordinates calls for presentations, papers,
and posters for the IARF and AMRPA conferences, and works with committee members
in the process of evaluating, selection, and scheduling for program via
conference call and face to face meetings
FIRM staff to handle the design and coordinate the
development of all pre-registration and general registration materials through
our graphics and editing departments. FIRM currently designs, writes, edits,
and prints all monthly magazines, brochures, programs, etc. in house and will
use this expertise to create all printed materials for your next event.
FIRM currently utilizes a web based association management
access database to manage mailing lists, conference registrations, membership
materials, dues, etc. FIRM staff developed this tool to be compatible with
other applications via exports to excel and text files, which can then be
imported into other database applications. Utilizing our database, FIRM manages
conference registrations, data entry, confirmation letters (this is an automated
function in our system), print name badges, and list development for cross
checking.
